Body Transformer Essex Campus Only
Sculpt and tone upper and lower body with weights, bands and your own body weight. Burn calories & fat while gaining lean muscle, energy and stamina. This circuit/interval class uses light weights & high reps with 4-5 interval bursts throughout. This workout also has floor work which focuses on core and abdominal muscles. Ages teens & adults.
