Beginner Pilates: Strengthen your core-the muscles of your abs, backs and hips. Improve your posture, breath, coordination, flexibility, concentration and balance.

Mindfulness Flow Yoga: Practice deep awareness by bringing focus to your breath, body and thoughts. A moderate class focusing on precise alignment and breath control. Discover and honor your body’s abilities and limits…All levels.

Therapeutic Yoga: The science of physical therapy woven with the wisdom of yoga to accelerate recovery from injury, prevent re-injury and enhance daily living, work and recreation. Breath will be integrated with alignment, postures, meditation, relaxation and proper use of props to compliment your practice…All levels.

Power Yoga: A challenging and flowing form of yoga, uniting the body, mind and breath. Increase your strength, flexibility and breath control in this dynamic class. Intermediate to Advanced.
