Mindfulness Flow Yoga: Practice deep awareness by bringing focus to your breath, body and thoughts. A moderate class focusing on precise alignment and breath control. Discover and honor your body’s abilities and limits…All levels. Ages 10 & up.

Power Yoga: A challenging and flowing form of yoga, uniting the body, mind and breath. Increase your strength, flexibility and breath control in this dynamic class. Intermediate to Advanced. Ages 10 & up.
